Have I ever mentioned we have a pig? Not sure if I have before, and I guess, there's no time like the present :)
Tulip the pig (yep, I have this thing about giving animals floral names. . . let's see, there's Marigold, Rose, Rosalie, Myrtle, Petunia, and even Lily Rose.), better known as Tulie, is a little over three years old and joined our farm as a very loud, squealing piglet (and I really do mean loud - she could bring the walls down back then. Thank goodness, she's much quieter now ;) ).
Anyways, there is one thing above all others that Tulip loves to do. Take a long, luxurious mud bath. She has two mud puddles - carefully rooted out and tended to by her own self, and no one, not even Mose is allowed to partake of their delights. And let me tell you, Tulie is more than adept at keeping everyone in line and out of her muddy havens.
Upon seeing Tulip in the midst of enjoying all that mud when I took the above picture, Verity said, "Aren't you glad I don't take mud baths?" And I most definitely am.

She looks like a very happy pig.
ReplyDeleteOh, she is a happy girl at that, always wagging her tail and talking lol :) Thank you for stopping by!!!
DeleteOh my goodness! She is so cute! What color is she when she's not rolling around in the mud?
ReplyDeleteShe is kind of a cream color with black spots, much cuter than when she's covered in mud lol. Thank you for stopping by!!!
DeletePigs have to be the happiest farm critters I know of. Mud puddle? Day made! Tulip is adorable!
ReplyDeleteHaha, you're right, they're definitely very happy and carefree animals. Thank you for stopping by!!! :)
